This portfolio is for organizations where a digital or AI investment has entered service, but the roles, handoffs, authority, and measures around it have not moved.
It begins by locating where value is being held inside the existing work. When AI agents enter workflows, the portfolio defines each agent's role, authority boundary, named human owner, controls, and escalation route. After enactment, it reviews whether those responsibilities and boundaries are still operating as designed.

A diagnostic for a digital or AI investment that is live while the intended business result or way of working has not moved as expected.
The diagnostic maps the actual workflow and identifies where the new tool collides with existing roles, handoffs, authority, or measures. It then establishes an agreed value proxy and baseline and identifies the smallest organizational change worth testing before more technology is purchased or the investment is expanded.

AI Operating Model
Give every agent a role, an authority boundary, and a named human owner
An engagement that designs how AI agents enter real work: which decisions they touch, what they may perform, where their authority stops, and who remains responsible for the final result.
The work inventories agents and the decisions they affect, redesigns roles around the new work, defines authority boundaries, control points, and escalation paths, then sequences the model into the organization function by function.

Accountability Review
Review who owns each result and whether the boundaries still hold
A quarterly review for organizations with an enacted AI Operating Model and an established baseline for agents, results, human owners, permissions, and controls.
The review compares that baseline with current operations. It identifies new agents or results, changed permissions, boundaries that are no longer being used, and controls that need correction. Every result and required correction is then assigned to a named human owner.
