Your Lab

Our methods and tools, led by your team

Your Lab transfers knowledge to organizations that want to facilitate the Challenge Framing Workshop or The Decision Lab internally instead of depending on Linkgurus for every engagement.

Programs
Two, purchased independently.
Participants
Up to 15 employees per program.

The two programs

The offer contains two independent training programs. An organization may purchase either program or both, depending on the capability it wants to build. Each program accommodates up to 15 employees.

  1. Program one: Challenge Framing Workshop facilitator training

Two days to learn the method and facilitate the workshop

This program equips your team to use the Challenge Framing Canvas and facilitate Challenge Framing Workshops around AI, growth, operational, or organization-design challenges.

  2. Program two: Decision Lab facilitator training

Three days to learn how to lead a four-day AI workflow Lab

This program equips your team to facilitate the four phases of The Decision Lab: Discovery, Design, Build, and Validation.

Participants learn how to organize the cross-functional team, map and redesign the workflow, define human and AI interaction, coordinate prototype build with the technology function, and lead validation through to a Scale, Iterate, or Stop decision.

How the two relate

Each training program stands alone

Challenge Framing Workshop facilitator training is not a prerequisite for Decision Lab facilitator training.

The organization may purchase the program that matches the capability it needs, or choose both to build internal capability in challenge framing and AI workflow design.

Where the offer stops

What does Your Lab exclude?

  • A supervised client engagement after the training.
  • Linkgurus facilitating a live workshop or Lab after the program.
  • Externally accredited professional certification.
  • Technical prototype or agent build.
  • Open-ended support after the training.

Additional support may be scoped separately if the client requires it.

Build capability inside your team, not dependence around it

Choose the method your team needs to lead: challenge framing or AI workflow design.
